2024 - 2025 Schedule

Tuition

Cash, Visa & Mastercard are accepted. We are no longer accepting check payments. Tuition is calculated on an annual basis and broken up into 10 monthly payments for our customers convenience. Tuition is the same regardless of the amount of classes per month including snow days, school vacation, holidays and individual absences. At the time of registration a $35 registration fee per student is required, $50 maximum per family and first months tuition is due. Please notify the office – info@eloquencedancecentre.com if your student is discontinuing class or you will be billed until the studio receives notification.
Tuition is due the first day of the month, NOT the first class of the month, October thru June – September installment payment is due at the time time of registration, along with registration fee. If tuition is not received by the 5th day of the month a $10 late fee will be charged. In order to avoid a late fee we highly recommend enrolling in the auto-pay option through our online platform. Registration fee and monthly tuition are non-refundable if a student misses or discontinues class.

In the event you wish to withdraw from class email info@eloquencedancecentre.com by the 25th of the month to avoid paying the next installment. All requests submitting after the 25th of the month will be charged the next installment.

Attendance

Attendance essential for students to progress throughout the year. If a student will be absent please call or email the studio prior to the class time. Students will be eligible to make-up class only if the studio has been notified of the absence and prior approval of a make-up class has occurred as many of our classes are at their maximum enrollment. Choreography for our end-of-year performance will begin during the first week in January. In order for all classmates to benefit, please make every effort to attend all classes- in the choreography stage, this is so important!

End of Year Performance

Students are encouraged but not required to participate in our end-of-year performance. A $45 costume deposit, for each costume will be due on November 15. Costume balance will be due January 15. Costume deposit and balance are non-refundable.

Schedule Changes and Snow Days

The schedule is subject to change based upon registration. Eloquence Dance Centre reserves the right to cancel any class that has less than 5 students enrolled. In the event of a canceled class students will be placed in another class of an equal level. If Eloquence Dance Centre cancels due to inclement weather and a class is canceled you are welcome to attend an equivalent class within the month to makeup for the inclement weather cancellation. If Littleton Public Schools cancels class there are no morning classes. If Littleton Public Class dismisses school early due to inclement weather all afternoon and evening classes are canceled. If Littleton Public School cancels class please call the studio after 1pm to see if we will open. Inclement weather class cancellations will be emailed to all families by 1pm.

Cell Phones

Studios A, B, and C will be a “cell phone-free zone.” All cell phones must remain inside a dance bag for the entire duration of the class. If dancers arrive without a dance bag, cell phones must be left on the studio table and can be picked up at the end of class. The majority of our instructors play music from cell phones but know they are using their devices for instructional purposes ONLY during class time.

If a dancer needs to contact a parent/guardian they may ask permission from the instructor to call/text ONLY a parent/guardian.

If a parent/guardian needs to reach a dancer in class please call the studio and we will pass the information along to the dancer. If you are unable to reach the studio via phone please email.

Class Attire

Proper dance clothes and shoes must be worn at all times.

Hair must be pulled back in a pony tail or bun for EVERY class regardless of the subject.

NO clothing can be worn over leotard except cropped/fitted dance sweaters.

Preschool Dance & Level I: leotard with/without skirt attached. No separate tutus please!

Ballet (Level II, III, IV, V, Teen, Advanced): Leotard, tights, dance skirt or fitted dance shorts (optional)

Contemporary (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced): Leotard, convertible tights, fitted dance shorts/skirt

Tap & Jazz (Level II, III, IV, V, Teen, Advanced): Leotard, tights, fitted dance shorts/skirt or leggings (optional)

Hip Hop (Little Hoppers, I, II, III, Advanced): Tank top or tee-shirt, leggings or yoga pants. NOTHING BAGGY.

Acro: Leotard, footless tights, fitted shorts (optional)

Irish Step (Preschool, Level I,II, III, IV, Advanced): Leotard, tights, fitted dance shorts/skirt or leggings (optional)

Musical Theatre: Leotard, tights, fitted dance shorts/skirt or leggings (optional)

POMsquad: Leotard, tights, fitted dance shorts or leggings (optional)
